You're invited to JOIN US for a Thanksgiving tradition!

On Thanksgiving morning we'd love to have you join us at this great, family community event that we are honored to be a part of for many years!

The Wiregrass Turkey Trot started in 2013 with three local organizations building a family event benefitting local charities. More than 1,400 ran in the inaugural 5K and 1-mile fun run events raising over $20,000. Some years more than 2,200 runners and walkers took the starting whistle.

It’s always a family affair with huge selfie stations, a costume contest, music and fun for everyone. Last year race organizers added a Kid’s Dash for the really little ones. All proceeds from the Wiregrass Turkey Trot events go to local charities. Since 2013, the Wiregrass Turkey Trot has donated more than $332,394 to charities in New Tampa and Wesley Chapel!
