TRIM Notices Are Out

In this episode of Tampa Home Group TV I want to chat with you about the Florida TRIM Notice that you will be receiving shortly, or may have already received. 

The Florida TRIM notice, also known as the Truth in Millage notice, is an annual statement sent to property owners in Florida by their local government. The purpose of this notice is to inform property owners about their property's assessed value, the proposed property tax rates, and the estimated taxes they will owe for the upcoming year.

It's important that you look closely at this notice for accuracy as you have the right to question any information that doesn't look right, however there is only a short window of time to do so.
