1. Due to the current circumstances, the government has now lowered interest rates to historically low levels, creating an unprecedented buying opportunity for buyers to lock in savings for years to come.

2. Due to these record-low rates, homes are now selling at a record pace in Hillsborough, Pinellas & Pasco Counties, our Tampa Bay area. In fact, in the last 7 days alone, 2,116 new home purchase contracts were executed, and there were 312 new sales just in the last 24 hours, and that’s not even including new construction sales that are not recorded in our MLS. These are brand new sales. These numbers are above normal. We’ve put together 10 contracts for our own buyers & sellers so far in March.

3. These record-low rates are spurring buyers into the market, who can afford more home now than even a few short months ago. We’re getting calls from new buyers daily. Home Inventory is still at record lows, which is creating a unique opportunity for sellers as well, as there are fewer homes to choose from.

Did you know that almost a third of our listing appointments already take place over the phone? As a convenience to our out of town, international, and busy professional clients, we already work remotely to list homes. Between Facetime, Skype, WhatsApp, and electronic signatures, this is already very easy and convenient. You still receive the full personal attention of our in house team - we are your feet on the ground and can accomplish anything that needs to be done.
