John has over 25 years of real estate experience and is well-respected for his in-depth knowledge of luxury homes, new construction, and corporate and bank-owned/REO property. Maria joined her husband’s real estate team in 2002, and brings her many years of experience in sales, broadcast advertising/marketing, and business ownership to the Tampa Home Group Team. Maria specializes in helping people buy homes they really love that are also great investments. Over the years, Tampa Home Group has developed a streamlined process to help buyers secure a great property while saving time, stress, and money.
Maria is a Tampa resident since 1995, a native of Rochester, NY, and a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. When she isn’t working hard for her clients, she spends time with her family, and volunteers in church and community organizations, including Starting Right, Now www.startingrightnow.org, a local foundation helping homeless youths through a one-on-one mentoring relationships. She also had fun completing the Tough Mudder in 2011!
